What is the darkest legal tint in Ohio?

In Ohio, it is illegal for the front windshield to have ANY tint. But a 5inch strip at the top of the windshield is allowed. 50% for the driver and passenger windows. However, there are no specific restrictions on how dark the tint can be for the other windows.
